# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes less time to assemble than it does to decide what to watch on TV.
  • You can pretend its healthy breakfast while it tastes like dessert.
  • Every piece breaks differently, so no two bites are ever the same.
  • It survives in the freezer for weeks, ready whenever you need it.
02 -
  • Do not skip the parchment paper or you will spend twenty minutes chiseling frozen yogurt off metal.
  • Let it freeze completely or it will bend instead of snap, and the whole thing turns into a mess.
  • If your berries are wet, pat them dry first so they dont make the yogurt watery.
03 -
  • Freeze a double batch and keep half plain so you can add different toppings later depending on your mood.
  • Press a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the yogurt before freezing to prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface.
  • Use a silicone baking mat instead of parchment if you have one, because it peels off even easier.
