# How-To:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture on both sides of the tortillas.
04 - Stack the coated tortillas and cut into 8 wedges each to form chips. Arrange the chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
