# How-To:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut bell peppers into rings or strips, slice cucumber, and separate broccoli into small florets.
02 - On a large round platter, form a circular wreath by alternating bell pepper rings, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices. Optionally add olives and scatter fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs for garnish.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
