Instructions

Step 1:
In a bowl season the chicken with chili powder paprika salt and black pepper Marinate for 15 minutes
Step 2:
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat Sear the chicken for 5&6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through Remove rest for 3 minutes then slice thinly
Step 3:
For the creamy garlic sauce melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant Stir in heavy cream simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened Remove from heat and set aside
Step 4:
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions Drain and set aside
Step 5:
For the broth heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds Pour in chicken broth soy sauce and heavy cream Simmer gently for 5 minutes Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Step 6:
To assemble divide noodles among four bowls Ladle hot broth over the noodles Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce
Step 7:
Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of chili oil if desired Serve immediately
