# How-To:
01 - In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for about 1 minute.
02 - Place the cranberries in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm syrup over them and gently toss to ensure all cranberries are evenly coated.
03 - Using a slotted spoon, transfer the coated cranberries to a wire rack or parchment-lined tray. Let them sit undisturbed for 2 minutes until they become tacky.
04 - Roll a few cranberries at a time in the remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar until thoroughly coated. Set aside on the rack or tray to dry for an additional 2 minutes before serving.
