# How-To:
01 - In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions per snowman—large for the base, medium for the middle, and small for the head—and roll each into smooth balls.
03 - On a serving platter, stack the cheese balls to create snowmen with the largest at the bottom and smallest on top.
04 - Use peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, pretzel sticks for arms, and optionally add parsley or dill for hats or scarves.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled snowmen for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
06 - Present with crackers and fresh vegetables alongside the cheese snowmen.
