# How-To:

03 - Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Sprinkle in ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to evenly coat the vegetables.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices, drained black beans, and vegetable broth. Stir thoroughly and bring mixture to a simmer.
06 - Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and flavors have melded.
