13 - 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried sage)
14 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
15 - 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
16 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
17 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# How-To:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
03 - Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs, place on baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
04 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add pumpkin puree and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
05 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
06 - Add baked meatballs to the skillet, gently turning to coat them with the sauce. Simmer together for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
07 - Plate meatballs and sauce over pasta or rice, garnished with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.
