# How-To:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chopped ham, diced onion, parsley if using, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until a thick mixture forms.
02 - Using floured hands, shape mixture into eight patties approximately 2.5 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick; lightly dust each patty with flour.
03 - Heat vegetable oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
