- Heat pistachio milk gently in a saucepan, whisk until hot but not boiling. Sweeten to taste if desired.
- Brew Coffee:
- Brew espresso or strong coffee.
- Combine & Serve:
- Pour hot pistachio milk into cups, reserving some froth. Add espresso and gently stir. Top with remaining froth and garnish with crushed pistachios if desired. Serve immediately.
